IT IS THE PRIMARY GOAL OF DISCIPLE MINISTRY TO HELP THE BODY OF CHRIST REACH THE LOST IN THE MOST EFFECTIVE AND FRUITFUL WAY.
BECAUSE WE RECEIVE MORE INVITATIONS THAN WE CAN POSSIBLY ACCEPT, WE HAVE DEVELOPED THE FOLLOWING GENERAL GUIDELINES TO MAKE OUR WORK EFFICIENT
N.B.: WE DO ACCEPT INVITATIONS FOR MINISTRY THAT DO NOT FALL WITHIN THESE PARAMETERS, BUT ONLY WITH CLEAR LEADING FROM THE LORD
After receiving a ministry invitation it is submitted to our Leadership Board for prayerful consideration. You will be notified of our decision within a week.

PUBLICITY
1. Media Exposure is crucial to a widespread impact. TV, Radio, Internet, Flyers, Posters are excellent tools to spread the news of the services. Therefore it is important to invite the secular (non-Christian) media for a press conference right before the event begins. Also invite them to attend the event in order to record the miracles for television and newspapers.
2. We also encourage you to network with other churches. This will help facilitate a more effective impact in the region. By sharing some of the responsibilities will help the event to be more cost-effective.
Ministry Team and Ushers
These two groups are vital in the success of our meetings. The Ushers will create and maintain order while the Ministry Team is ministering to the people coached by our Pastors and there teams. Our goal is to train people everywhere so they can do what we do. Please make sure to select two groups of people, eager to learn and mature to serve.
Meeting with your Ministry Team and Ushers
Our Director will meet with all local workers (Ministry Team and Ushers. Altar Workers etc.) before the first meeting, briefing them on the order of the meetings and expectations of our pastors in order to improve efficiency. Please make sure to set aside a time and a venue for this meeting, an hour before the first meeting starts.

However we want to be a blessing to our hosting ministries and those attending, therefore we permit our hosts to produce CDs and/or DVD's of the event and sell them during the event. Whatever profit it generates will be in the advantage of the organising ministry.
In order to protect the rights of the participants and to avoid the misuse of the materials, no private recordings and photo shootings are allowed on any of our events. Only those professionals appointed by the organizers.
